Welcome.
Meet Rebecca.
The desire to feel seen, heard, and understood is a universal and essential part of human wellness. I listen deeply and try to help people understand, both emotionally and intellectually, the deeper roots of their difficulties, and then reignite their own natural gifts for growth and resilience.
I understand that coming to therapy can be difficult; I provide a warm, compassionate, and empathetic space for our work together. I am relational in my approach; this means I believe that how well I listen and connect with you matters.
I offer safe and supportive psychotherapy for people struggling with anxiety, depression, identity, intimacy, or relationship problems, as well as people who are interested in changing unhealthy patterns through deeper self-knowledge. I use an integrative, whole-person approach, incorporating mind, body & spirit.
I adjust my clinical work based on your individual needs. I utilize a mix of relationship-based therapy strategies including psychodynamic, strengths-based, humanistic and relational perspectives, attachment theory, a Jungian orientation and focus on building mindful awareness. I can also help with psychedelic integration. I look forward to meeting you!

I believe in the inherent worth and dignity of each person. I bring years of training, practice and living a full, complicated life to the therapeutic relationship. I have worked in the inpatient hospital setting, in a group practice and am currently in my 16th year as a School Social Worker with Minneapolis Public Schools.
As a therapist, I am queer and trans affirming, and I hold an awareness that we are operating within a white supremacist system that shapes mental health care, access, and lived experience. I center your first-hand perspective in our work together.

I am collaborative, compassionate, honest, open-hearted and straightforward.
I lead with the core values of Social Work; respect for the dignity and worth of every person, commitment to social justice, and belief in the importance of human relationships. I bring empathy, cultural humility, and an understanding of the broader systems that impact our lives; families, communities, and social environments to the clinical relationship. I am committed to empowerment, client self-determination, and creating a safe, collaborative therapeutic space to do this important work. I believe we all deserve to live lives of equanimity, dignity and joy.
Client Reviews
"Intuitive", "Empathic", "Compassionate" are words that get thrown around in the therapeutic space, but Rebecca truly embodies all of these qualities. She is the old friend you catch up on your life with and who provides cogent, bjective and pertinent feedback. Our sessions are an on-going dialogue where I am revealed to myself in surprising (yet also not) ways. Rebecca provides space for me to be me, whichever "me" that happens to show up that day!”
“After many dysfunctional relationships and moving to new states multiple times, I knew I needed a deeper change. That’s when I started working with Rebecca. She creates a safe, empathetic space where we can explore difficult topics and emotions without fear of judgment. She has helped me understand the root causes of my unhealthy patterns and begin building healthier relationships with myself and others.”
"There are not enough words to help me articulate how Rebecca has helped shaped my mental health journey; the last 5 and a half years have led me on a path that I once thought would have been impossible. Rebecca's warmth, gentle guidance, and ability to identify areas of growth have cultivated a fully safe space for me that I haven't experienced anywhere else. In a perfect world, I'd ask that Rebecca be cloned so that everyone could have her as their therapist but it's not a perfect world, so I'm happy to take one for the team and use her influence for the good of humanity I look forward to many more years of growth with Rebecca, I'm actively ignoring that someday she'll have to let me fly solo into the world so for now, I'll take advantage of the time I have with her."
